    Communication ban


    LIke this is pretty ridiculous already , I just got off of a communication ban at the end of may. And now I've received another one for no apparent reason. I've only had this console for 8 months and have had this account for much longer then that but ever
    since I bought this console I've received nothing but bad experience I don't understand how I throw around a word or 2 and get banned but all these guys say many more worse things and they're still playing and having a good time. I'm really honestly thinking
    of switching stations because this is beyond idiotic. I've spent wayyyyyy too much money on this console to be having this type of experience with no explanation.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    You'll want to refer to the
    Code of Conduct     which was agreed upon when starting services for more information as to what can cause an account suspension. You can also more more about some of the common enforcement myths
    here.

    Only the enforcement team can provide more information on a suspension. To learn more about how to submit a case review (if you believe the suspension was in error) please check out this guide.

    Apologies if I am posting in the wrong area - but I cannot work out how to start a new thread on this forum.

    I have just got home from work to find that my son who is 8 years old has been sent an 18 rated video while playing with his friends. He has blocked the person responsible. I want to report the person as cannot understand why you would want to send kids
    this sort of stuff. How do I find the details of the blocked person and how do I then go about reporting them. A far cry from a couple of swear words - again apologies if posting in the wrong area.

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
