Communication ban

I received a communications ban on May22nd around 3pm. The enforcement website said it was a temporary 24-hour ban. Today, on May 23rd, the website said the ban was no longer active, yet when I go to Xbox live, my communications are still disabled. it is
well passed the time of the issued suspension. Please help

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

If you are still encountering difficulties, please allow up to 24 hours from the conclusion of the enforcement action and attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

Perform a hard reboot of your console

Press the power button on your Xbox One console for five seconds to shut down the console

Unplug your Xbox One power supply from your wall outlet and wait five minutes. Then, plug the power supply back into the wall outlet.

Turn on your Xbox One console by pressing the power button

If the situation persists more than 24 hours after the conclusion of the enforcement action contact chat support:

also the suspension lifts the same time of day it was placed you can always try again later in the day too

 

I keep getting these enforcement action for no reason. Can a bunch of little kids just report me for nothing and get me into trouble or WTF is up with this BS enforcement system i just dont understand it i mean first off it says for harasment and all ive
been posting on comments is games that i wouldlike to see and things that should be done by a game developer and telling them about glitches on the active feed so wtf is this BS enforcement crap i mean really MS do you want people to quit playing xbox or what
iguess i just wont say anything on the active feed anymore for helping out developers with feedback if all thats going to happen is a bunch of little 12 year old kids are going to report me for nothing at all

I would like to know if the reporter actions are also investigated because there are people using enforcement as a form of bullying. If they encourage bad behaviour and report it the it is their fault, especially if the person has disabilities and doesn't
understand the nuances of right and wrong. How does enforcement take a person disabilities into account? How do they investigate this new form of bullying and harassment? I am curious because once a person being bullied retaliates they get reported and
then get suspended....so the only thing getting investigated is that moment in time not the whole situation- is this correct

 

You state there are the numerous factors that get considered when assessing a communication ban what are they, I cannot find any information, likewise if a suspension has been put in place, the information is generic and not detailed, it should be specific
to that person and the circumstances so they can make a well informed decision to review the case.
