    Hi,

    I know i shouldnt post here but unsure where else to turn. I've been told i've received a 14 days comms ban but im completely unsure why. I dont use my mic in public lobbies at all and dont message people. Only messages i have sent recently are asking people
    if they would like to join my crew on NFS Heat lol.

    Every time i have tried to do the questionnaire through the enforcement area, it freezes when trying to load it and i'm now stuck as to what i can do. It's now telling me i have hit the limit and will now have to wait 24 hours to try again. I now cant go
    in party chat etc with my friends.

    Just wondering if anyone from enforcement can email me or get in touch to discuss this and i'm really confused as to why this has happened.

    Being banned twice

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal
    advice!!! This is my money not yours!!!!!

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
