Communication Ban

I was communication banned because i over reacted towards a player after he played toxicly and Team Killed then me and proceeded to run off. Im sure as you might see it from my perspective that you would be angry too

XBox Live Suspension

Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

 

Adding people to your friends with Zero Gamer Score

I try to goat them into sending a nasty message so I can get them communication banned .

I am sorry the Xbox Enforcement Team does not review forum posts you would need to apply for a case review over at

Enforcement.xbox.com

Sign in, Click on the Hammer on the Left and Apply for a Review should be on the right.

Be sure to review the Code of Conduct before applying

If the suspention is only for 24 hours applying for a Case Review will not be available.

As for your suspention the Xbox Enforcment Team reviews every report and takes a Zero Tolerance approach to any abuse in Messages.

 

Only the enforcement team can fix this, although it's unlikely as you acknowledge you over reacted. Always better to mute/block/report and move on.

 

Enfocement team should help you out with your situation. Unfortunately on forums we cannot help you with solution. We can just give you link who to contact.

I understand you be angry but remember to keep yourself safe online is block or mute the player. if you feel the have broken the code of conduct you have right to report them but only report them once because your report will go through
Enforcement team and the will review your report if Enforcement team take actions you will receive message from Xbox saying

"Thanks for helping make Xbox Live safer for everyone! We took action on one or more of the recent complaints you filed".
