    Communication Ban


    So basically I'm playing R6 with one of my friends and the score is 3-4 (my team is losing). I spawn in and my teammates start shooting at my friend. I down one of them and then revive him because I'm not an
    [Mod Removed – Profanity] and then the other three people on our team kill both of us, then two of them kill themselves, then the last go just sits on top of the roof till the game is over. I message one of them and call him a
    [Mod Removed – Profanity]. A few seconds later I get message from like 2-3 people and it says "[Mod Removed – Profanity]." So my issue is that I got banned for saying that to the kid even though he
    killed me and my friend and his friends were lowkey being jerks too? Okay Xbox. I might just go buy a PS4...

    XBox Live Suspension

    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    Communication Ban

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. PS has similar rules.

    Buy the ps4 if you want but comunication bans are over there too..they reported your message and thats why you got banned next time dont do it and message for good stuff only!!

    There's a reason Xbox multiplayer is considered a better experience because of the enforcement rules. If you get messages that you think are not appropriate you should report the user and block as well. If you end up breaking the rules yourself, you will
    get banned.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
