Communication ban?

hello my gamer tag is and I was wondering if and how I can lift a 2 week communication ban. I was with 4 of my friends playing Xbox and about 2 days later I was playing with some friends just talking and I got a message from Xbox. This isn’t not
unusual for me because I have gotten many people banned because I do truely try to keep this a safe platform. But when I opened the message I wasn’t met with a communication ban which I see is wrong and I would like to find a way to uplift this ban

As someone who plays mature games where team killing is allowed, Rainbow 6 Siege for example, or other games with that rating. I believe that banter between players should be more relaxed for lack of a better term. Being that it is a mature game and you
have to be mature to play it, communication between players in regards to it should be more free. I have now been suspended for communication twice for interacting in an "unacceptable" way with someone who is equally as "unacceptable" as I when in reality
it's two people who are mature enough to handle themselves. I find this to be a legitimate issue for many players and myself who in today's world is scared to even say anything without getting reported for "bad communications"

I am currently preparing a legal complaint against them.

They don't follow their own protocol. You should have recvieved an email before getting baned explaining why and how long and why this long.

I not gotten that informaiton either and I wonder, who decides if it is a 24h ? 1 week ? 2 weeks ban ?

Knowing that I pay for a service I am not allowed to use completely I will attack them on this basis. I am trying to gather other consumers that are having the same issue.

 

Yeah why would they have a propoer costumer service right...could you give me or get for me the legal department information of Xbox Live please, I need to send them information regarding a legal complaint.
