    Communication ban


    I recieved an enforcement notice today from xbox. i was playing Fortnite the other day and sniped somebody, he got mad invited me to a party and talked a lot of crap. i than was kicked from the party so i responded
    with what was said to me. And now im pretty sure i am permanently banned from any communication on xbox. I would really like to speak with a staff member that can help resolve the problem, or else im just going to sell my xbox and switch to ps4 where
    they have kb&m support and better graphics.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    You'll not receive any help with a suspension on these forums.

    You'll need to go to the
    Enforcement website     and check to see if you're able to submit a
    Case review    . Only the enforcement team can help you with an enforcement action taken out against your account.

    Hi

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
