    Communication ban


    Unfortunately tonight I was arbitrarily banned from XBOX live.

    I was in a party with one other person and received a communications ban. There was no text or voice communication with any other players other than my friend.

    I feel the enforcement team unintentionally erred with their judgment on this matter.

    After an hour on the phone with XBOX support they informed me that there was nothing that they could do to help me. As a member of XBOX for 9 years now I have had no enforcement against me. Not only has their been no evidence produced before me, but there
    has been no opportunity to appeal and quite frankly, this unjust and arbitrary ban was not only wrong but embarrassing as well.

    The customer support was very sympathetic, but the inaccessibility to the enforcement team is the highlight of this poor customer service experience. I do not expect my 24 hour ban to go away, but it is inappropriate to attach this
    ban to my record while I did not violate the code of conduct via communication.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    active enforcement action     but if you received a 24-hour enforcement action on your account, we're afraid that is not eligible for

    case review    .

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
