Communication ban

Discus and support Communication ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This is the 3rd time i'm getting banned from xbox communication.     Communication ban


    This is the 3rd time i'm getting banned from xbox communication. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to speak to my friends again. whats up with this xbox enforcement crew? And when i try to fill in a case i have to go trough a stupid survey where you have to get
    ALL answers right, or you cant fill in the case and have to wait 24 hours again. One of the questions was: "It’s ok to share my name or phone number with other players on Xbox Live." I entered false and because this was wrong i couldn't proced. Why do I get
    banned anyway, I pay 50 Euros a year for gold, and I get banned for sending "**** you division 10" after losing a game of FIFA 18. I think you have no right to take away my communication since I PAYED for it. Xbox enforcement is whack. never got banned on
    ps3 for sending hate messages just because they dont care about these kind of messages since there is a block player option.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    When you pay for the Xbox Live service, you agree to the terms of use and code of conduct and the consequences if you violate them.

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live,

    including text messages, voice messages, video communications, Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    Guessing that responses like this are what's occurring when you're online. So that would explain your bans.

    It's just users helping users here on the forums.

    I agree they are way to too cr with there bans ban are way too tight with it you cant even say damn with out instantly being banned

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
