    hello my name is and I got banned for a smart remake I said to somebody that I should have not said I did not mean anything by them it was only one word and I’m truly sorry for what I said I’ve never been banned before I’ve been an acative
    xbox player for 8 years now and I just want to say that my truly sorry for what I said and I hope that his career can resolved I should have just moved on and said nothing at all ....... thank you for your time

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Hi

    You can review any Enforcement actions received on the
    Xbox Enforcement     website and also find out how long the enforcement will last for. From your remarks you will probably just need wait until the communications suspension ends.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
