Communication ban

Discus and support Communication ban in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I had a 24 hour communication ban after reporting someone for in game team killing.     Communication ban


    I had a 24 hour communication ban after reporting someone for in game team killing. That person then reported me to get back at me as I messaged them saying they shouldn't team kill and I was reporting them. This is a terrible system and I couldn't even
    contest this other than emailing the support team which likely wouldn't get looked at before my ban was over seemingly it ineffective. This is terrible customer service. What is to stop people reporting others, without real reason, resulting in a 24 hour ban
    that won't get reviewed in token. No they very just.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

    I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

    Communication ban

    The enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. They will only issue a suspension if they determine you have done something to violate the code of conduct. You can have a million complaints filed against you and not get a suspension.

    That is the exact reason that you can not file for a case review on a suspension that is just 24 hours because by the time the investigate it the suspension will be over.

    Like Smwutches said if you dont violate the code of conduct then you wont have anything to worry about if you are reported the best thing to do if someone team kills is to just block and mute them and you wont be matched with them in the future.

    Suspensions are not issued for no-reason, only if it is shown that the rules have been broken. False reports don't lead to suspensions.

    You will need to visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for more information, they don't use the forums for suspensions.

    I feel like my voice is not even heard by you guys for real!!! Hundreds of dollars and I get spit in the face?? It's a game and there gonna be trash talk your taking the fun out of the game for real and that's why I'll go to Sony!!! i may even get legal

    It's good that you are aware of what you did to deserve the suspension and reflecting on it serves to avoid suspensions in the future, yet there is nothing you can do but go through the suspension and read the Code of conduct.
