Communication ban

So today i got a 2 day communcation ban. The email i received told me nothing about the ban other than it had happened. The link to the enforcement site just said it was a 2 day ban nothing more. I can't review the case or anything. Basically i have been
banned, without knowing why, and no proof has been given. That seems incredibly dictarorial that a punishment can be given out without any show of proof. Maybe there is a legit reason for it, i can't say, but i would really much like to SEE said reason, and
be allowed to appeal it if necessary. Now it is only a 2 day ban so it's no hair off my back. However apperently the player that reported me, has sent me messages afterwards taunting me about it, which only adds salt to injury.

Being banned twice

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

 

I got a communication ban, while I was already banned from communications.

I apparently have received a communication ban on my account, while I was currently doing time for another communication ban. How could I have received another communication ban while I was currently communication banned?

 

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions. Also The Enforcement team no longer uses the forums.

Huh really? Well thats mighty cowardly of them isn't it? So basically they can punish people, not show any proof of foul, and then hide behind the message "we don't have to explain our reasons". *sigh* And then they don't enter the forums either (most
likely because they don't want to deal with people) Shameful really.

 

Actually the Enforcement Team use to use the forums to address suspension issues until a couple years ago.
Some of the threads raised privacy issues.

If a user wants to air their dirty laundry out in public that's their business, but Microsoft takes user's privacy seriously.
