    I was given a communication suspension on 10/21/15 for only 24 hours but it has been over a month and i still cannot talk in party or game chat. I don't understand why this is taking so long to fix. Especially the fact that my buddy got a communication suspension
    the other day and he is not having the same issues I am. The fact that I am waiting over a month for this to be fixed is crazy and it shows that I am not getting the full benefit of the gold membership So yes I do expect something in return for waiting this
    long for the enforcement team to fix this. Its crazy how this hasn't been fixed. AND IT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP PLEASE. One month is more than enough time to go into my account and fix it because clearly my buddy who was banned the other day can speak again
    so this seriously needs to be fixed because it clearly DOES NOT take a month for this to be fixed. I have posted on the forms but nothing was accepted and there were no responses. I have talked to support and nothing has changed. SO this seriously needs to
    be fixed. Waiting a month for this to be fixed is quite upsetting especially since it was only a 24 hour ban.. PLEASE FIX THIS THANK YOU!!

    Banned From Communicating Problem

    So 2 Days Ago I Got A 24 hour communication ban on the xbox one and it has almost been 48 hours and i can talk on skype and send messages be cause the ban is "over" but i Cant talk in party i can here my friends but they cant here me but we can talk on
    skype on the Xbox One please help!!

    Hi. My enforcement ban hasn't been lifted properly after 24 hours given. Can write messages but still can't game or party chat?

    Lol u don't think it's upsetting that it's taking over a month to fix this issue? Even tho my buddy who got a communication ban the other day didn't have any of these issues and can now speak again? Lol

    LOL thats crazy 2 months man?!? Im sorry to hear that but its now clear the the enforcement team clearly isn't doing anything about this because it does not take over a month to fix this issue lol. Microsoft needs to change this management up because clearly
    they have slackers in the enforcement program that don't perform right away when there is a issue with the customers they have haha

    Yes they are working to resolve the issue for everyone. forums.xbox.com/.../2050832.aspx a permanent fix is being worked on. Many have already had
    the functionality restored.

    I'm 100% its for the same message, the appeal for the first ban was approved almost instantly, and only today, a month on this has happened, its a 24 hour ban from communications, but that's not the point, I feel like this ban was unfair placed on me since
    the comment I sent had already been dealt with in the previous suspension.

    How do i figure out how long i am banned for?

    Was it a communication ban or a profile ban? I was communication banned once but it only lasted 24 hours but some of my friends have been banned from 2 days up to a month. If it was a profile ban I'd assume it's permanent but don't quote me on that.
