    Communication ban stuck on xbox one


    My xbox live account was banned for 2 weeks, and a few days ago the suspension was gone so I got online to join a friends' party and it still showed a communication ban! I checked my enforcement status and the ban is gone so i don't know what the problem
    is... I can't send messages either. Please fix this! Xbox Gamertag:

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Have no clue why I got a communication ban.

    Communications bans are not just from voice communications but any form of communications

    Here is a sample for the enforcement site about comm bans:

    Communications Suspensions
    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat. Communications suspensions are issued for a specified temporary duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days.

    Try removing the account from the console and then readding it to see if that clears up the issue.

    So the answer is no then? The home xbox of a banned account is stuck on whichever xbox it was set to when it was banned?
