Communication Ban Question

So I was just banned for a week from messaging for trash talking, I said something to the guy (And to be honest this came way later then I was expecting) I should not have, so whatever, its fine. I am just wondering though do those previous bans factor in
to future suspensions. I purposely avoid talking about the person hurting themselves and homophobic slurs because I know those are those are not good if that helps.

No one can give you an exact number. It could be as little as 1 or it could be 5. It all varies depending on the severity of the situation.

Short answer to your question is; yes.

Every account suspension/Enforcement action is kept on file against your Xbox Live gamertag. This can be accessed through the Xbox Enforcement Website, when you sign into your account. If you continue to violate the code of conduct, this will be added to
the report.

If you keep trash talking and been offensive in chats/messages, then the team will implement a tougher, longer, suspension against your account. If you continue, then eventually they will just implement a permanent suspension on communication and/or account
suspension. However, there are some rules, that if you break, will lead to a straight ban/suspension.

In short, think of an Enforcement action as a Criminal Record, but just for Xbox Live and Live services.

And are they ever removed? Because I was only banned twice, this time and one other time for 24 hours which was sometime last year....I wanna say close to 8 months ago but not positive

yeah each time you get banned for something the ban is longer than the last one and enough bans warrant a perm ban off of Live sorry.

There is no set amount of times you can be suspended before you are permanently banned.

If a violation is severe enough you can be banned for a first offence.

If you keep receiving any type of enforcement action then eventually you will be perma banned no matter how far apart the suspensions are.

Once you receive enforcement action then that stays on your account record for ever.

Simple way to avoid a perma ban is to stop violating the ToU/CoC.

In that case, any idea how many enforcements I have left till im banned?

As stated previously there is no set amount of times you could be suspended before being banned.

You could be banned after 1 enforcement action depending on the severity.

If you make yourself familiar with the code of conduct and follow the rules then you wont have to worry about being suspended further/banned.

Since im not allowed to edit the post I'll just say the reason im asking is because I have been given 3 communication suspensions over the course of abot 2.5 years, and 6 enforcements in total. My concern is that Ill eventually be banned perminantly because
I have too many enforcements in general regarrdless of serverity or time between enforcements.
