Communication ban over, still have behaviour pop up

I require help, I have a behaviour pop up still after my communication ban was lifted. I've spoken to an community ambassador and did what they suggested to no aveil. I'm getting really annoyed and just want to be able to play and talk with my friends...

so i recently had a two week communication ban and it's over now. i can't read my messages still or send any, i still have all the things that the ban was doing and my ban is up. i also cant access the home xbox setting.

Communication Ban Not Lifted?

Hi,

I had a recent communication ban which ended on 3rd April 2017, however i am still unable to communicate and when trying to message or talk, i get the message come up that due to past behaviour, i am still banned. This shouldn't be the case now as i have
passed the date of suspension. This is unacceptable as i am paying for this service. Could someone please help me by removing this continued ban from my account?

Hey there TheUndyingThorn.

It sounds like you still have a communication ban if you're still receiving a notification. Most likely it's a console suspension which wouldn't show up on the Enforcement page. Be sure to check out your e-mail you used for communication, it should have more
information on the suspension.

I have had bad language pop ups on sony, over 10 years maybe 6 pop up messages, never a ban.

I would like to inform that since my ban is over from submitting the reduction option they never showed me the reason that was all it said and someone i know who was communication banned before it had the message he was banned for yet nothing popped up
for me i just don't like having these infractions on my account.

Does any sort of error message pop up when you attempt to send a message? Even something along the lines of mentioning "your past behavior... etc etc"?

If so, maybe your suspension is over, but you could still be "communication-banned".

Hi, try removing your account from the console. After it's been removed hold the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Turn it back on and the add your account again. See if that helps and let us know.
