Communication ban on the entire xbox

it is a 48 hour ban from communication. or 24 hour ban from xbox entirely. i beileive,

There are no 3 year bans. Your account is either suspended for a short period of time, communication banned for a short time, or banned entirely from the system. If you have received a total ban of your account, everything associated with that account is
lost.

Actually no, I've never been kicked directly but I've been in parties and it kicked all of us. I've left plenty of games where people voted out innocent players though. I don't know why this community is so paranoid, like this a trick question or something.
It's pretty annoying.

[/quote] Ok, I thought you meant one person having the sole ability. For public matches with majority voting, I don't care, sure it has angered me when people want me out, but sometimes in games like GTA IV, you could be trying to play something in a certain
way, and someone comes in playing doing nothing not allowed in the game but ruining the fun of the people in or the way they are trying to play, so no, I think you can kick. I've been kicked at times literally the second I join a match in some games. I don't
care, it might annoy me but I just move on and find another lobby.

I have left a message as to why I think this feature is being abused. Some players hate being beat at their own game, they play as a team and kick vote anyone who is better than them. Play Grid stock car racing and you'll see exactly what I am on about.
My gamertag must annoy them, being beat by a pensioner, not on is it !!!!!
