Communication ban not completely lifted

I had a 24 hour ban on communications yesterday. the ban should have been completely lifted today and for the most part it is. the problem I'm having, aside from not being told why I am being banned in the first place, is that enforcement seems to have half
[Mod Removed] lifting the restrictions. I can hear friends talk and I can even see my mic indicater light up in chat as though the system recognizes my attempt to communicate, it simply will not allow it through to others. I'm at my wits end and after spending
tens of thousands of dollars on 360 and one I'm ready to just sell all this overpriced beyond frustrating [Mod Removed] and go to PlayStation. My only real regret is that I can never recover the 5 years I've waisted with Xbox...

Communication Ban Not Lifted?

Hi,

I had a recent communication ban which ended on 3rd April 2017, however i am still unable to communicate and when trying to message or talk, i get the message come up that due to past behaviour, i am still banned. This shouldn't be the case now as i have
passed the date of suspension. This is unacceptable as i am paying for this service. Could someone please help me by removing this continued ban from my account?
