Communication ban needs to be nerfed

I'm sure many people have complained or been frustrated with the xbox live communication ban, as I can say the same. Although my opinion is that Xbox really needs to cut down on the ban because I CANNOT stand the fact that I can't communicate with any of
my friends or even let them know about my ban in any way possible.

I can't even send a regular message through games that have chat rooms, such as fortnite, so im stuck playing as a mute person who can't interact with any of my friends in any way whatsoever.

Beyond that, Im more frustrated by that fact that im getting banned for things I never said?? I filed a enforcement case so they can review it but it ended up denying the lift of my suspension as well as giving me fake evidence of things I apparently said
for me to get banned. Especially in my messages there is no recollection of it which leaves me in more confusion

SO I cant even talk like an adult with my friends online? Whats the deal? I am BAFFLED by the amount of actual vigilance xbox puts into the communication category, its pathetic. Either get rid of this ban or do something to improve the system of it because
I find it ridiculous of how unfair it is to me and many others in the xbox community. At least allow some sort of small communication so we don't look like brainless morons when we're trying to play online games with an ACTUAL friend as we wait for our ban
to end.

I understand they're only a week long or so but c'mon and give us a break, especially when some of us know we did nothing wrong

The bee has already been nerfed for pc and is near to be nerfed for xbox aswell, so no need to worry about.

 

Banned from Xbox communication

this is for the enforcement team you have banned all my accounts on Xbox live from communication that's bull my son was fausly accused by adults so u need facts I been paying every month for the accounts either they get communication back
or you need to refund me for the entire ban time. It's no time fear you ban all my useres this needs to be addressed asap ......

To avoid having a suspension put on your account be sure to follow the
Code of Conduct and you will have nothing to worry about. If you share the console with other people be sure to lock your account to keep anyone else from activating it.

Here at the forums we cannot do anything regarding bans. I do agree that XBLET may be going a little overkill on bans, it is all to protect the Xbox Live community, While some people may find vulgar language OK, others may not.
