    hi my communication ban was lifted on 2nd of November but I still can't be heard 9 days on and numerous times contacting Xbox support and getting no were , please help

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    I'm having issues with communications

    My Communication ban was lifted but I still cannot communicate with friends or anybody. I also went to my enforcement history and to verify that the ban was lifted. I cannot apply for a case review either. I was hit with a communication ban and then two
    days later a harassment ban which didn't allow me to play multiplayer. Both bans show they have been lifted. I can finally play multiplayer but still cannot communicate which is weird since I received the communication ban first. Communication ban was set
    to be lifted 7/11/17 at 5:30pm. The harassment ban was successfully lifted on 7/12/17 9:06 pm. I've tried everything and also called support. The instructed me that this was was my best bet to solve my problem since the enforcement team doesn't have a direct
    line of contact. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I play games that involve extreme teamwork and communication!

    Sorry you're having issues with your communications. This is a known issue that the Xbox team is currently working on. Check out the link below and follow that thread for updates. Xbox has not given any ETA for resolution.

    Hi thanks for reply , yes I'm led to believe this is on going issue seem some posts dating back few years saying some problem as I have now , all I get is wait it out but 10 days in and waiting with no further info or updates is poor , far as I no could
    take months .

    Communication suspension lift

    If the ban has lifted and you still can't communicate try removing your profile from the console and re adding it to see if that clears the issue.

    Unbanned but still banned?

    I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
    see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.
