Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me

Discus and support Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was under a 24 hour communication ban and with that lifted I can now join parties and send messages, BUT no one can hear me.     Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me


    I was under a 24 hour communication ban and with that lifted I can now join parties and send messages, BUT no one can hear me. I went through the "fix" that the enforcement team posted but it was useless. They should not be banning people if they knew this
    can happen. But anyway is there an ACTUAL fix?

    Can't communicate in party chat

    Hi, I've recently received a temporary 24 hr communication ban. The ban time is now lifted, but when I send messages my friends aren't receiving them, I'm able to receive messages. Also I can join parties but can't hear my friends and they can't hear me.

    Thanks for the support message.

    When was your ban lifted? It can take up to 24-48 hours for the system to update. No, because if you would not have violated the Terms of Use/Code of Conduct in the first place, you would have have this problem.

    The ban was lifted mid day today (12/21). Thanks for the info but if the system takes time to lift the ban shouldn't that be accounted for when telling someone on the enforcement site the exact time (down to the second) that the ban will be lifted?

    the USA.

    Suspension supposed to be lifted but it's not.

    my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
    have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .
