    I had a communication ban end 5 days ago. The ban went from orange to black and no option for a case review. This shows that it is over but yet I still can't chat or talk in a party

    Communications Ban

    I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

    Don't know what to do.

    My xbox got a communication ban it's over now but I can't talk in party chat or send messages my gamertag is please help.

    Unfortunately, you cannot access the chat logs in a party chat the only way someone would be able to access the chat logs if a person's account was reported for violating community guidelines and their account is up for being temporarily being banned.
    But even then the person would still not have access to the chat logs.

    Have you recently had a communication ban? If so there is an issue of when coming off the ban you are still unable to be heard when it party chat.
