    Communication ban is ended and I still can't talk


    my most latest ban was a communication ban That was supposed to end October 12th and October 12th has already passed and I still cannot talk in parties or participate in or create a group chat please someone anyone help me

    I got communication banned for a week and the ban ended a couple days ago and it still says I can't talk or message people pls help

    Communication Ban

    I had a communication ban but that has now ended but I can still not talk on xbox live ,all other forms of communication have been restored

    Communication ban is ended and I still can't talk

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    communications ban "lifted" and still no chat or messaging ect..

    I was also communication banned for a week that ended 2 days ago and still am unable to talk online with others.

    Hello! Im having this problem at the moment and my two suspensions ended at 10 pm and it is about 3 30 right now. I had a comm ban and a xbl ban for two weeks. The enforcement site says they are past suspensions and everything. I can't send messages, comment
    on clips etc. I can however send messages on my Xbox 360, any new help would be appreciated!

    Hey Are U Trigered,

    Make sure the correct time has passed on
    enforcement.xbox.com     and that you havent received a second ban.

    If thats the case try the following:

    - Remove your Profile from the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    - After that, press and hold the Xbox Button on the Console itself until it shuts off. Unplug the power brick from both sides for around 2 minutes. After that time replug and restart.

    - Once the Console is booted up again, readd your profile to the Console as explained here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    Let us know if that helped.
