Communication Ban Help? (URGENT)

Hopefully a member of the enforcement team can help me. I was communication banned for sending an inappropriate message and was banned for about a week, it was set to lift yesterday at 6 AM. Now it has yet to lift so I contacted a member of the Xbox team
not the enforcement and was told it was extended to 100 days. I wasn't using my account, or didn't say anything to anyone and it got extended. It seems unfair how it didn't show on the enforcement website and it got extended when I wasn't using it. My whole system
is communication banned, I can't talk in parties or send messages. Can anyone help me? Thank You

to actually check what your sanction must go to pag enforcement.xbox.com enter your account and there you will come out the reason for the sanction

XBOX ONE Communication Ban-URGENT

I am one of the best Call of Duty Black Ops 3 players in AUS/NZL and people report me for no reason (I presume because they think I hack even though I don't). This causes me to get a Communication Ban. I asked OPx (#1 player BO3 AUS/NZL and he said to speak
out to XBOX FORUMS. He got a note next to his name saying he is one of the best players.)

Hello I would like urgent help they say that my account was banned and excluded from the Xbox network because I enter and review and my history is good I have no problem because this happened to me
