    Communication ban for pornographic image


    hello I was playing on my Xbox yesterday and someone kept changing my profile picture and I noticed they changed it to a nude picture and I quickly tried to change it on my Xbox and then a few minutes later I couldn't talk to my party. Can I get my communication
    back because it was not my fault that.

    I got banned because my account was compromised and someone changed my profile picture numerous time to pornographic images. The case was reviewed and descision upheld so I waited out my ban. Except my ban has been over for a week and I'm still banned. I'm
    probably gonna just sell my Xbox because I have a PS4 and no issues from Sony. Oh well it's been a nice 6 years I guess.

    If you believe that someone accessed your account, you need to contact support by Phone and request that they open an Unauthorized Account Access Investigation

    I would also change your password to your account too.

    Do these steps in addition to the case review process

    If you believe that someone accessed your account, you need to contact support by Phone and request that they open an Unauthorized Account Access Investigation

    I would also change your password to your account too.

    I believe I remember an issue where the offending info was from one of the Club images since they can post any image they want on the title of their club. I seriously doubt that there was something MS or Xbox related where an image like what your describing
    would be allowed.
