Communication ban for nothing

I was recently playing a match on FIFA 21 and after the match I was messaged by the person I had just been against, I was asked if I was a streamer/youtuber, I said yes and followed up with... If you use twitch, drop us a follow @...., Next thing I know I'm getting an enforcement notice because I had been reported by this person for reasons unknown to me. I now have a 14 day communication ban and cannot stream.

I did submit a case review but how it is possible that I could be banned just for that message (it was that message that got reported) it said so on the enforcement page. The message I sent literally red... Yeah I am mate and no worries.... If u use twitch, drop us a follow @.....

HUH? That's complete tosh.

Xbox are all about community, this guy did the exact same as me, trying to help new players that are struggling or need help with the game they're playing.

How is he being fraudulent by offering cheap items to aid fellow gamers in a shop that is ingame? 🤣

Yeah but I am playing with them though? That’s the part that’s getting me. I am literally inviting them to my game and playing with them. I’m someone who helps out new players on fallout. I am giving them a way of getting cheap items while playing with them

Because while it's allowed in the game itself, it's not allowed outside of the game. LFG posts are not considered in-game.
