communication ban for no reason

hello i was on xbox in the morning and i got xbox communicaton banned after i came home from my work and i didn not do anything wrong i remember having a arguement with a guy who wa sbullying me and **** talking to me i told him to speak nice to me and he
reply with a **** comment back i so i told him of and blocked him the i join a destiny game with him and i was bullied by him then he got all his mates too report me i fell like i did nothing wrong and he just do this out of spike i never done anything wrong
or had any bans on this account till now its a 24hr ban and i want it lifted i spoke to a xbox lady she said she looked into it and said yeh it seems you have a 24hr ban and that they seem like peple that bully and report out of spike can you please help me
unban this ban i dont deserve this only cause i ask that guy to help me with a game and he turned it into a argument please reply asap

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Xbox doesn't usually ban without evidence. Even though it was copy and paste, the message was still sent by you. The best option is to just report & block the player committing the offense. Following a no "snitch" policy just let's people continue harassing
others. You'll just have to wait out the ban.

 

The enforcement team do not read these forums.

You do not get banned/suspended "for nothing",you must have said something that violated the ToU/CoC which is why you were suspended.

You can file for a case review here if the suspension is longer than 24 hours
