    Communication ban for no reason


    So I was playing a game and this player I encountered started send me messages and immediately in the first message was an insult.

    I ignored the first one but he sent multiple messages that were just insults like "get a life"

    "You play anime games so you're a virgin" (he looked at my profile) etc. I responded with a Bill Nye meme and I got communication banned for 26 hours but the other guy didint get banned even if when I reported his messages before I see the meme in the first place.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console,it can't be done here or anywhere else.

    As the enforcement team don't use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
    here for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    No one here can lift the suspension,you have been given the wrong information.

    No one will tell you who reported you either.

    The only place to contact the enforcement team is via the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     via a case review but as it's a 24 hour suspension you are no eligible.

    The enforcement team do not read these forums.

    You do not get banned/suspended "for nothing",you must have said something that violated the ToU/CoC which is why you were suspended.

    You can file for a case review here if the suspension is longer than 24 hours
