    Communication ban for no reason? Please Help


    I just hopped on Xbox and found that I had a ban. I check my email and to my surprise I am delighted with a com ban. I check my messages for anything that may be breaching the rules but I find nothing. I also haven't been in a party with anyone but friends
    from school and I never talk in game chat. Someone please help

    it is a 48 hour ban from communication. or 24 hour ban from xbox entirely. i beileive,

    You can find enforcement actions on your account by checking here: http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Log in with your Xbox/Microsoft account, and click the big orange hammer on the left. You can request a detailed explanation of your comm-ban if you are able to submit a case review.

    I don't know for sure, but maybe the XBLPET deleted the violating message after they issued your comm-ban. Usual scenarios for comm-bans include profanity over the mic and/or text messages to other players.

    The only way you get suspended is if you violate the code of conduct. Stay within the rules and you'll be fine. False reports against you, will not get a suspension.
