    Im going to tell my full story on why Xbox need to fix Enforcement One i was even on xbox when i got send to message when i went on the xbox app i got suspend till the 2/20/17 and i think 3 hours later 2 more days add if this happens to me again bye bye
    xbox hello PS4 and the sad think they can't do nothing about it to help people they ban people that DONT EVEN HAVE A MIC ON XBOX AND MY CONTROLLER IS BROKEN ON THE MIC PART AND I CANT USE HEADPHONES OR A HEADSET BUT STILL GET COMMUNICATION BAN FIX THIS XBOX.

    I recently got communication ban for 2 weeks and ive only just been unbanned and ive got communication ban again for 2 weeks but i havent done anything

    Enforcement.xbox.com for more information on the suspension.

    On that website you should be able to submit a case review for any Enforcement actions currently on your account. Cheers.

    Just to add,communications covers more than talking through a mic.

    It can cover any messages you've sent as well

    you cannot get banned for false complaints, if you did anything against the rules you get the suspension will happen.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions. Since they upheld their decision, all you can do is wait it out.

    Yea understandable, it’s just annoying getting a 2 week suspension for doing nothing wrong, but I’ll have my pc soon so I won’t have to bother with it anymore.
