Communication ban for 2 weeks for no reason.

Again, in a while. For the 2th time i got a communcation ban for no reason. (Enforcement says so)

Me and my other 2 friends were just playing R6S in a private party. But there were some foolish people around tho but i didn't do anything to them but my friends did a bit just for jokes(?)

But like again. I also always need to get reported because why not? Just a regular man just got his summer vacation and boom. 2 Weeks of ban for no reason.. Great community.... Just great.

I bet there isn't a way to contact the Enforcement team or something? I'm frustated as hell.

Console banned for no justified reason

I have recently come back from a 2 week account suspension from Xbox live for a fair reason for being abusive to trolls online, those weeks felt like hell so when I came back I knew I needed to calm down to avoid it again, one day after the ban expiring,
i get a 2 week communication ban for absoloutley no reason, I don't mind a communication ban but 2 days on from that I get a console ban, I haven't even been able to message people and I definitely don't hack so what can i do to be able to play online again?

Hello, i got a communication ban, for no reason, i have not been on my profile for 2 weeks so, how do i get a communication ban, for not being on my profile and my xbox, i've been on holiday, so i would like to no why, and i want it removed please, or i
will take this matter further.

Hi,

Yes i did. And they lied/Are completely wrong. They said i was insulting with homophobic slurs (???) and then they said that i must mute/report other players if they are annoying online.. Wow, They are talking about a whole different situation here.. mostly
i game only with friends while in a private lobby and no **** about the mute button? so what the ****? i didn't harm/annoy other players. I don't see any reason to message random players tho. I also went to the Xbox Chat Support and they saw my account, and
they DID NOT see ANY reason to BAN me.

I'm so lost and confused. Nice 2 weeks of communication ban for no reason, Thanks enforcement!

Anyway the Case Review is completed and i really want to contact them back about how completely wrong they are.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

You can find out info about your ban/suspension on the enforcement site
https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

you cannot get banned for false complaints, if you did anything against the rules you get the suspension will happen.

Just to add,communications covers more than talking through a mic.

It can cover any messages you've sent as well
