Communication ban evidence

I would like to start by saying thank you for taking the time to read my post. I was reported recently for communication and am banned from communication until March 31st 6:05pm. I would like to receive the evidence to see what I have said so I can learn
not to do what ever I did in the future. If I know what I did I would feel a lot better considering how I never never use game chat features and usually I am the one getting harassed by others. I usually only use party chat features with friends.

I would like to see the evidence against me that was used to issue my communication ban, plus I cannot play my games because of this communication ban it says I cannot share game content which is not part of a communication ban

Undeserved Ban

My friend received a communication ban and a multiplayer ban. He deserved the communication ban but did not deserve the multiplayer ban. There is evidence of the communication ban but no evidence of the multiplayer ban. He gets reported rarely on Overwatch
for simply being good which is unfair, and this is the only thing that he could get a multiplayer ban for that i could think of. It would be much appreciated if the enforcement team could read this post and send a message to the email explaining why. Email

Also the ban seems much like a device ban which if it is then i must say there has been a big mistake as there has been no code of conduct violated regarding the Device Ban.

I hope to hear back soon from a member of the enforcement team and if i do thank you for your consideration in the matter.

"Justified" or not, a lot of bans has been handed out this generation and 1% doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. But if you think its even less than 40% where's you evidence to support your claim?

No, posting. "I've not been banned" by the forum community isn't evidence.

This "team" is banning pple wihout giving them a chance to prove whatever and wihout any evidence (shown the one banned or sometimes wihout evidence at all) of unapropriate behavior, i got when i wanted that's great...

As per the ToS of Xbox, the ET is not obligated to show evidence of anyone's infraction of the rules for privacy and to avoid shaming of other community members to the said person. I hope that make sense to you.

Bans don't occur without evidence, but you can't even get on the phone and communicate with them about the incident to have them present the evidence. its a broken system, an online dictatorship with a bunch of people making decisions with your account and
money, but they don't have to explain themselves. I won't be a part of it any longer.
