Communication ban ended, still message friends, etc

My 1 week communication ban ended yesterday and I can't message my friends or hear anyone in party chat. Please fix this. I'd like to actually play with friends again

Can't contact enforcement

Communication ban ended a couple of days ago but I still can't send messages or hear my friends. When I go to check my enforcement history it says that I have no active bans against me therefore I can't contact support through the case review feature. I've
already power cycled and signed in and out etc. no solutions. What do I do?

Even though I'm unbanned, I still can't send messages due to past behavior

I was communication banned on 6-26-17 and console banned on 6-27-17 , the communication ban ended on 7-9-17 and the console ban ended on 7-11-17. I have no active bans right now but I still can't communicate on Xbox one. I try to send a message but it says
you can't do this because of past behavior.

Hello, Please try deleting the profile from the console and then redownloading it to see if that clears the problem.

22 days since my ban ends!!! And still work, i cant communicate in party with my friends

I am going to add an addendum here as well:

Why, exactly, is it still okay for people to message XBL users who are suspended? Why can my friends still invite me to Parties, when I can't hear them or communicate with them in any way? Why can strangers still message me, when I have no way of messaging
them back? Shouldn't my friends at least get some sort of message informing them that I've been suspended, and thus unable to engage in communications?

Or, perhaps, just change the suspension so that players can still communicate with friends, and just be banned from any communication with strangers (including receiving messages). Y'know, something logical.

So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!!

If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.

All suspensions are handled by Xbox Enforcement. You'll have to log on to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

The Enforcement staff do not post here in the forums, and no one else around here have access to your Enforcement records. The forums will not be able to assist you with unbanning your account.
