    I got a communication ban on my account: but i haven't done anything wrong? I called some one 'dumb' for insulting me, using a headset so I texted this person and now im the one who got banned?????

    My friend has had a communication ban for no reason

    My friend has ad a communication ban on his account and the time of the ban he wasnt near his xbox what can been done to to the communication ban off

    I recently got communication ban for 2 weeks and ive only just been unbanned and ive got communication ban again for 2 weeks but i havent done anything

    I did submit a case review but how it is possible that I could be banned just for that message (it was that message that got reported) it said so on the enforcement page. The message I sent literally red... Yeah I am mate and no worries.... If u use twitch, drop us a follow @.....

    No. Report his gamertag and block communications with him. Only microsoft can ban accounts/consoles and will not threaten to do so in a game. If you have done nothing wrong, you will not be banned.

    HUH? That's complete tosh.

    Xbox are all about community, this guy did the exact same as me, trying to help new players that are struggling or need help with the game they're playing.

    How is he being fraudulent by offering cheap items to aid fellow gamers in a shop that is ingame? 🤣

    What an absolute joke.

    We all know the enforcement side of xbox is a BOT and it clearly sucks because its dishing out punishments for nothing

    No wonder playstation outsells xbox a million fold complete embarrassment
