Communication Ban - Child Account - Would appreciate details

Hello,

My son got a communication ban. Main reason is he is lacking vocabulary in English and believe he does curse and probably too much. That said he only play with some of his close friend and people he know.

Now:

- Can he receive a ban withouth someone complaining or reporting him?

- How can I have details and validate what he precisely did so I can have a conversation?

My advice?

BEFORE reporting someone be SURE they deserve it, ASK QUESTIONS of the player instead of the now-common, knee-jerk reaction of being offended and seeking VENGENCE instead of JUSTICE.

Additionally, do not make threats of violence against anyone on these forums, regardless of how you feel about their assistance.

 

If someone from the enforcement team is actually in the game (which doesn't happen too often) he could receive a suspension without a complaint, but it's mostly based off of complaints.
