    Communication ban but they banned me from online gaming


    I was banned from communication on Xbox live for two weeks, and rightfully so. I submitted a case review and the enforcement team got in touch with me tonight about their decision. The decision was upheld. They replied saying that I should be able to continue
    playing online, but just experience a restriction from my communication. However, I am unable to play online because I don't have the necessary "account privilege "... Although the enforcement team told me directly that I should still be able to play online.
    What do I need to do in order to get my account status back where I can play online?

    Seems to me that the best way to ban someone is simply take away their ability to communicate. No chat. No messages. No nothing. Should still be able to play online if you are paying for the service though. Now if they are cheating then, yeah. Ban them from the service completely.

    My account was banned for life.

    im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

    Ban for playing online

    The two suspensions are not likely related. All complaints are investigated before being acted on. It is likely that you received the comm ban from one complaint, then received the account suspension for a completely different complaint. It takes time for
    the enforcement team to be certain that a complaint is correct.
    The thing is that I was able to get banned just for communication, so I should get banned for communication, but not for online games ... While playing online I did not do anything wrong ... And it is harming me and incomprehensible ... All the more so because
    I spent money on it to play online, and now it was prevented me ...

    In 12 hours will be two days, from the quiz and still nothing about the ban...

    Does the same with me, my older brother's account got banned from communications and from playing multiplayer games online and every single account on the xbox has this problem now.

    Unjust Communication Ban

    Because that's the way enforcement deals with bans. You are cut off from all the privileges of online communication when you get banned.

    I have just received an answer to this ban for playing online today. There is no justification for what specifically I was banned for online game ... He continues to maintain his opinion that I did nothing wrong to ban me on the online game ... Execution
    should end up on the bane for communication and that's all. This department is embarrassing and incompetent.
