Communication ban bogus

this is absolute bogus. I have called customer support twice hoping to get a different answer and they give me the same thing every time. I got a communication ban for a kid who may have not cursed but came into my messages first causing an issue. Yes I
cursed back at him and it is a violation of code but he is playing a M rated game !?!? Like are you serious we run around and kill people and he gets mad because I am doing better so he goes into my messages and says I'm trash. All I want to do is contact
somebody higher up to try and speak about change and possibly get my ban lifted. The customer support people pretty much told me to just report him back. Like how childish is that we play M rated games with blood , killing , guns and they want us to play tattle
tale on each other ? After all the bs over the years with Xbox and this is my first time being reported ever so the bs I see from Microsoft I am officially playing my switch and PlayStation and not paying for another year of Xbox live. thank you xbox forno

Banned from communications, bogus ban.

After playing some Trials of Osiris during the weekend (destiny), I got on my xbox yesterday to find out that I was banned from communications for some odd reason. Over the course of the weekend I didn't send one message to anyone, which leads me to believe
someone got a little butt hurt after losing a match via reporting me for some bogus *** because they got beat. Id love to see the message I so call sent to someone to get me banned, Im sure its non-existent... The ban was lifted this morning at 7am, and I
still cant use my mic to talk to my xbl homies... Xbox, please fix your ***, that would be great. Oh and if I could not get banned for absolutely nothing, that would also be great.

You can post here for information about your communications ban -
forums.xbox.com/.../4276.aspx. All complaints are reviewed by Enforcement. The system is not automatic - report = ban. An actual person looks into the complaint that was filed on your Gamertag.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. While games themselves may be rated M, everything done on Live has to remain E for everyone.

 

The age rating on a game only means someone under that age can not legally buy that game.

Doesn't mean they can't play it & age ratings do not apply to the online side,something every game with online tells you.
