    Communication ban and Multiplayer ban several days after being un banned for no reason


    I'm writing this due to my account being communication and multiplayer banned after doing the time i needed to for communication ban just days before. after i was then free to communicate again i had not sent any harmful or disrespectful messages or spoke
    to anyone in the wrong manner, next thing i knew i was communication banned and then the next day banned for playing any multiplayer games. I'm very confused on why and fed up with this due to someone possible having a grudge on me and causing this for nothing.

    been banned twice for no reason

    I received a communication ban for no reason a couple of days ago and then today I received another ban which banned me from multiplayer for harrasement even though I cant talk or message anyone so how can I harass them? need this reviewed

    Why am I still banned?

    On 9/22/17 I received a communications ban that was said to be lifted on 10/6/17. In the middle of the communications ban I was then banned from playing multiplayer games online without any warning. It has been three days after my ban was supposed to be
    lifted but I am still banned.

    Communication ban and Multiplayer ban several days after being un banned for no reason

    You can view your ban by logging in at
    enforcement.xbox.com    . The enforcement team take time to investigate each action so the incidents that lead to the suspensions could have happened days/weeks ago and likely have nothing to do with each other. If your ban is eligible you can file a case review.

    I've done this numerous times, it achieves nothing and is the biggest waste of time, xbox needs to get a hold of itself and stop being so unfair.

    Why is my console banned

    Microsoft do not un-ban previously banned consoles as they are permanent. They do not ban people's consoles/accounts lightly, they do so after several investigations.



    The most common reason for a banned console is modifying it, but there are other reasons such as marketplace theft.

    You might want to post in section 14 in order to get an official answer.
