    hello, well i'll try to explain my problem as good as i can. 10/31/2016 received Message from Xbox Team on my XboxOne, dear Player...bla..bla ban cuz communication issue till 11/14/2016...so i cant write anybody or text anything on xbl..it's ok np i can
    chill....11/2/2016 received Message from Xbox Team for AbuseAndThreats(first time,idk how i did this,in my ban Phase) so i got a ban in a ban..i thought well ok 16 Days no Message to anybody np Sounds like chillin...nope just became an online ban for 20 Days!
    I called Xbox today they said cant help Go to enforcement.xbox.com and Check Up for case Review( but the support person still cant believe whats happening to my Account).. so i go to enforcement hp..clicked on case review..Push forward to 8 questions..all
    correctly answered..Oh u found a system Error please refresh your Site..np i do..now 24h waiting? So my only Questions are : 1. Why do u ban me in a ban and why 16 Days no xbl? for something that not can be happend cuz i cant communicate with any1? And 2nd
    can anyone tell me on which Date i can Play online? Last time i spend my Money into xbl. Hope u can Unterstand whats my problem thx in advance NuckChorris

    Communications Ban Appeal

    I have been communication banned for life for no reason and would like it appealed because i have only gotten a 1 day communication ban and out of the blue i got permanently communication banned please Unban me for communications.

    Ban was lifted but I cannot do party chat

    My xbox one account got a communication ban about 2 weeks ago and it was followed by an xbox live ban 3 days later and now that the xbox live ban was lifted I am still communication banned and I've contacted someone at support and they didn't help me. I've

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. If you are still experiencing the enforcement you'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon. From
    there you can open a case review with the PET.

    As for the Ambassador program the requirements to be in the program state that you cannot have had a previous enforcement action. Please check the FAQ's for more information on the program and it's requirements.

    Xbox Support does not handle Enforcement Issues. If you visit the following link, you can find information on the ban you just received. If you think the ban was in error, you'll also have the option to submit a case review to try and have it overturned.





    Enforcement Profile

    A ban could be due to a number of reasons and not just from someone you were just playing in the game. It could very well have been one of your friends. Always be mindful of how you speak to people as well as how you play with someone. Even if it's something
    you think is nothing, could be a big deal to someone else.
