Discus and support Communication ban, although i didnt insult sb in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i got banned for one week.     Communication ban, although i didnt insult sb


    i got banned for one week. Reason for it: my cautious was not right..but i didnt offend anyone . Didnt use vile language or sth like that. Xbox Live Team - if you really Think you have to ban me / for NO reason / then give me a proof
    of my misbehaviour , please. Maybe there are just some guys who reported me a few times and you banned me for nothing ! And then for a whole week, thank you .

    Messaging is not working for your account.

    Check to see if you have a ban on communication. It is possible that you have been given a ban, and if so, in the future you avoid writing rough words, insults etc.

    If someone insults you with such comments and you report then.

    They're mostly likely to receive a communication ban. Afterward, just block them and move on.

    Don't feed the trolls friend.

    The enforcement team does a thorough investigation on all reports before acting on any reports. If you truly did nothing then they do not ban you just because you got several reports, this is a myth. But if it was a mistake you can file a case review.
    As part of the case review process you will have to take a quiz over the code of conduct and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hrs before trying again https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

    There are more reasons for ban then just messaging for chat. Check out the link for "Stay Safe" as it will give you info about the code too.

    I understand how you feel but you should never insult people or retaliate when they insult you. If it's your first ban, you'll probably get a communication ban but not a permanent one.

    You need to be alert to voice communication and message communication.
    Anyone can report you and then you have a ban if you write any insult.
