Communication Ban- Abuse

I'll keep this simple.... I messaged a user due to the fact he was screaming profanity, that was coming out of my TV. The normal "you're trash and 1v1 me" pursued. The next message that the user sent was that he "was gonna clap me". For the unknown "clap"
in the context he used is to cause physical harm to somebody. My response, which is the reason i was suspended was " the only clap you will ever know is what you get from some pros****" (aka a working lady). So, i have two questions. 1. How is that worth
a ban, when someone states they were gonna cause physical harm to me. The user never cited if he meant in the game or in real life. 2. This is a two week suspension. When i looked at my profile i had two others from 3/4 years ago. If the ban is a progression
system, do they really hold you accountable for actions years ago? I mean come on, even your DOT takes points away from your driver license after a couple years.

How society and XBL culture has changed for the worse..... Can't even defend yourself without a little kid crying and reporting you

It doesn't matter how a situations starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be punished. Just report the other person and block them.

I know that and i did file a formal "case review". I only posted because i wanted to see if anyone else thought this was as obscene as myself. Xbox Live back in the day use to be fun and enjoyable. Now it's a PC haven where the sheltered children live.
Oh, at the same time playing games that are slaughtering other people for "enjoyment". Do i even have to bring up the mission "No Russian" in COD: MW2. Lol that wouldn't even be aloud in a game now a days .

You can appeal your suspension by filing a case review at the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

This would be the ONLY way to get your suspension lifted sooner and this is the ONLY way to contact someone from the enforcement team.

The enforcement team does NOT follow these forums and they are the only people that can lift a suspension sooner then what it is put in place for.

This is astonishing to me, the word "postitute", constitutes as violating code of conduct? How about when a physical threat was made to me, something must be done about a physical threat.

Soon you will be getting banned for [Mod Removed - Profanity] somebody in game. Haha this is pathetic 😂
