Communication ban ( 3rd attempt at trying to get a response)

How long am i banned for???????????????????

Hi

So i have had 2 communication bans 1 last year 1 this year (this year i said a racial word )

If i get a 3rd communication will i be perma banned

 

Ban information

On oct 3rd I received a communication ban for no apparent reason. Then, 3 days later I received a second ban. This time, apparently I was sending threats and I was harrassing people. My question is how can I harrass and send threats if I cannot speak or
hear other players ? And no, I did not send threats before I got the communication ban. I Would like to know why have I received a communication ban and whisky did a get a second ban after that.

 

You'll need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com and it should have information about your ban and you should be able to submit a case review.

 

The ban on enforcement.xbox.com says the ban was due to expire on 05/10/15 at 01:19:44. It is past that time and date, yet im still banned?? But when i go on the 360, it says im banned until the 18/10/15. So why have been told two different dates? Very poor
from the enforcement team...

 

I put in a case review prior before 05/10/15 01:19:44. No reply

On 04/10/15 the above enforcement detail. Was highlighted orange and at the bottom of the enforcement detail there was a date and time 05/10/15 01:19:44, which was the date and time the suspension was "STATED TO END"

Now upon typing this, when i check enforcement.xbox.com, the above case detail is no longer highlighted orange. So why am i still banned????? Either my ban is until 18/10/15 or the enforcement team hasn't removed my ban.

Very poor snd highly unprofessional from the enforcement team. I feel as though i have made a fool out because there is no clarity with my ban duration, i have been given "TWO" different ban durations for my xbox one snd xbox 360.

 

It's no use posting here,the enforcement team do not read theses forums

 

So if i can't get help here or on xbox support and i have put in a case review which has been ignored pretty much, where can i get help??? Absolute joke

 

The enforcement website is the only place you can go to find out information about your suspension. Chances are you may have received one suspension for something that took place at a certain time and then a second suspension for something else. That does
happen.

 

same exact problem there trying to add a extra 6 days on my ban yet i cant even file a complaint cause i have no active case so stupid

 

The enforcement team are absolutely useless. Trying to babysit millions of grown up gamers and paying customers at that. I hate microsoft. Fkn social justice warriors.

Yep bn gaming a long time. Ever had a ban or anything til now and it's happen twice in 4 months it's stupid
