    Hello,

    Please file a complaint against this user and then block communications with them by following the directions below:

    To file a complaint



      1. Press the Guide button on your controller.
      2. Select Friends, then go to the Players tab.
      3. Select File Complaint. Then select File Complaint again on the next screen.

      1. Select one of the following general reasons for filing the complaint:

        • Profile: The player’s gamertag, personal picture, or personal information contains inappropriate material.
        • Text and Voice Communications: The player used vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening language in voice or text communications.
        • Video Communications: The player was vulgar, hateful, harassing, or threatening in video communications.
        • Tampering: The player tampered with a game, an Xbox 360 console, Xbox LIVE, or the feedback system.

      1. Select one of the following specific reasons for filing the complaint:

        • Profile: Gamertag, Personal Picture, Personal Info, Player Content
        • Text and Voice Communications: Text Message, Voice Message, Voice Chat, In-Game Voice
        • Video Communications: Picture Message, Video Chat
        • Tampering: Feedback Tampering, System Tampering, Cheating

      1. Select File Complaint. Select Don’t File if you decide not to file a complaint.

    Note Filing a complaint won't mute, block, or help you to avoid a player.

    To block communications with a player



    From the Xbox Dashboard, open a message from the player, and then select Block Communications. The player will not be able to send you any messages unless you send them one first.

    When logged in on the Xbox that you downloaded the Season Pass for Borderlands 2, you have to head to the Downloadable Content area of the title screen (where it would show your character), from there, the option for Season Pass should show that it was purchased
    (if you downloaded it to a different Xbox, re-download it the one you are currently using) If you did indeed purchase the Season Pass, the 4 DLC's included with the pass should show up as free to download (this only works in game, don't try to do it via the
    marketplace or you may end up purchasing content you are already entitled to via the SP) Hopefully, you have a large enough memory unit to download all content plus whatever version of the compatibility pack (if you wish to play online with other players who
    may have DLC characters, which sadly are not included with the Season Pass).

    yeah my leaderboard stats for hard have been reset :( i have a rails that go in a circle around my whole map and they reset me probably for that? :( every stat for hard has been reset 2 weeks down the drain..

    @ RetroMan71 - If your leaderboard doesn't work, you have a legit bug. You can help them by asking why.
