Igot my Chat privlages suspended for no reason i can see why, and id like help from someone on the enforcement team.

You can log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo to see any enforcement action on your account & to ask for a case review if the suspension is more than 24 hours.

 

How do I submit a Case Review?

Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

2. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an orange hammer icon, or visit your Enforcement History. 3. Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select Apply
for Review. 4. Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting Agree. 5. If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire.
These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon. 6. Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that
may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game activity, or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select Submit.

After submitting, an XBLPET agent will begin a thorough review of the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the enforcement, taking into account any new details that you have provided.

you say submitting a case review is easy which is true yet no reviev has been given in nearly four days yet i was banned within hours over my comments made to a individual who sent four harassing messages within minutes to me. And guess what that guy isnt
even banned nice way to reward a bully.

I get plenty of hately comments from butt hurt people going against me on fps games yet these inviduals who lack game skill feel its within their right to antagonize people then report them when a reply is eventually sent back to them. my sentence sent back
can have a clearly defined word by word innocent meaning yet i have received a ban where the case reveiw looks like it will outlast my ban.

 

It's highly unlikely you were banned within hours of making any comments as any report filed against you needs to be investigated first which takes time.

You probably suspended for something that happened weeks or even months ago.

If someone sends you offensive message best thing is to just block that person & report them.

If you reply with an offensive message then you have just as much chance of getting a suspension.

You also have no way of knowing if these people have had a comms suspension or not as you wont be told the outcome of any report you've filed although you may get a thank you message but that is quite rare.

 

hi im tired or the enforcement team bullying people into changing there names im disgusted in the service i was given as a paying member of XBOX i will be putting in a formal complaint and ill be taking legal action as making up what my name means is grasping
at strings i report people all the time for gamer tags which are rasict sexual nature or allud to things and they still dont get banned you people are a joke for example i reported about 12 guy last night and they are ALL still playing not good enough

And it's also a well known sexual phrase which is why it was issued a fnc.

You're an ambassador so should at least have a rough idea how reporting someone works.

If you reported someone last night then of course they are still playing.The report has to be investigated first before any action is carried out which takes time.
