    So the suspension on my account should have ended yesterday but hasn't. I've tried contacting Microsoft but have had no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue please?

    Bans

    Communication suspensions are temporary,24h hour,7 day or 14 days usually.

    Never heard of anyone getting a permanent comms ban.They'll ban your account outright if you have to many comms suspensions.

    As Genesis said though,account bans or suspensions are account linked so if you have a 2 weeks comms suspension that would be in place on al platforms.

    Depends on your suspension. Comms suspensions still allow activity online.

    I had a question about comms suspensions. I know it goes 1 day comms suspension, 7 day, 14 day. What happens after 14 days? Do they start to give you temporary service suspensions or do they go straight to a permaban after that?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Can you please sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com and check if you still have the suspension? If yes, I'm afraid that we may need to wait for the suspension to end but if it is stated there that it already ended we just need to perform troubleshooting steps on the device that you're using.

    If you're on PC simply sign out and sign back in on the Xbox App if you're using Xbox App. If you're using Xbox Game Bar to do the same.

    If you're on Xbox kindly remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

    REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    ​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    ​​​

    ADD ACCOUNT​​​

    ​​​

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. ​​​

    2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new. ​​​

    3. Enter the Email address and the password.​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​
