Comms bans can be manipulated way too easily

Recently received a communications ban for xbox live and before I begin, I would like to say that I do in fact deserve this ban, I am not disputing that.

This ban came to be after myself and someone I battled in Fallout 76 shared some words over messages as the fight had not gone how he wanted. Right throughout this conversation, he and I were both insulting each other to the same level, however, because I used a swear word or 2 in mine, he can report the message, I receive a 24 hour ban and he gets off scott-free.

In my day to day life I use swear words as do most people, so what I said was in no means out of line or offensive as I did not call him said words, I used them to emphasise my points. However your system allows people like the player in question to limit what I can do on my xbox account, with so little evidence as a "naughty word" being used, and all because your system uses bots to hand out comms bans. This is a ridiculous system as people like him can take advantage of that to get at the people they don't like. They use your defense mechanism against these things as an attack mechanism.

And before I get 3-4 people claiming that all suspensions and comms bans are looked into by a person. My message was reported and my ban was received within the same 30-seconds. Microsoft have trouble getting back to you in hours at bad points so I don't think they had someone ready for my message.

In conclusion, the system you have to automatically comms ban people really does need to change, as it can be abused very very easily by people with the wrong intentions.

Side Note: Also you have to be 18+ to sign up to an xbox account, and I shouldn't have to adjust how I communicate purely because someone underage who has broken ToS might hear me or read a message.
