Comms ban

I've been muted to other people for 3 weeks now, it says that the ban will be lifted if my behaviour gets better,, well how can your behaviour get any worse when you're not allowed to communicate with anyone,, and how can behaviour get better??? What are
you meant to do for it to get better. I even got a message off xbox live a week ago saying "well done, your behaviour has improved and you are now classed as a good player' DUH!!!! Incompetence??. SO WHEN IS MY COMMS BAN GOING TO BE LIFTED? I've been a naughty
boy and had my spanking. And i am not getting good sport payments in GTA V, i am a good sport unless i'd be in the bad sports lobby! I got the comms ban from swearing on an 18+ game that has a bad language warning on the back of it. XBOX LIVE , WHAT ARE YOU

Suspended while suspended? What is going on with the enforcement team?

I was given a comms ban on Saturday and then received another suspension today. How is that even possible when I have a comms ban? I literally could not communicate with anyone. Now on top of a comms ban I have a multiplayer ban as well. I need to talk
to an actual person and get this cleared up.

 

still comm banned but no active bans on account

hey there ive just finished a multiplayer ban a few days ago and a comm ban, the multiplayer ban has lifted but the comm ban hasnt. I checked my account says no active bans. why am I still banned? Thanks

 

It makes no difference what the age rating is on a game, it does not give you the right to swear.

Clearly if you admit were swearing, the comms ban is justified.

If you go a period of time with no bad reports, your reputation will increase.

You want to know how it gets worse when you`re not playing, it doesn`t.

You want to know how it gets better, it does even without playing.

You seem to think you can swear because you were playing an 18 rated game, you can`t.

Admitting you were swearing justifies the ban, in my opinion.

The xbox enforcement team isn't going to ban you for the occasional slip of the "f-word" they are gamers themselves and they understand that when you get snipped across the map you don't always have control over the next word that comes out of your mouth.
The main thing the will ban your communications for is abusive language directed towards other players. Even in a game with nudity such as GTA V abusive language directed towards others isn't usually accepted especially racist or homophobic slurs.

Ohhhh by the way i swear, as I'm over 18,and the people i was with are 18 ad over, but one little kid said stop swearing, there's no given right for you to stop me!! There is a right if it's for 18 years and over for a little kid that shouldn't be playing
the game to sanction me?? It's you that are in the wrong , allowing kids on 18 plus games ,, the persecuting the 18 plus for actually being ON an 18 plus game and swearing. Moderate the fields.

 

So, XBLpet golf says, you have't a suspension on this account. So why did i start a game a minute ago for it to say you are banned from comms. 1 to 7 to 14 days??? SORT IT PLEASE XBOX LIVE, SOMEONE'S WRONG, And it certainly isn't me . My gamertag: citadellachaos.

 

If i still get this ban dialogue tomorrow i shall be seeking professional advice for being a payed cutomer, and one of your team called me an idiot.

Microsoft is worth $268,020,732,650 you must have a REALLY good team of lawyers to take them on.

 

You have accepted the terms of service which means Microsoft has the right to console ban you indefinitely. Your just not going to win. Not to be a smart allec but your just wasting your time. No one who reads these forums will be offended by this.

My advice: Be respectful to the enforcement team and maybe they will help you sort this out. (the enforcement team doesn't read these forums only the ones I PMed you about.

Xbox live is rated "E" for everyone so your behaviour must reflect that no matter what the age rating of the game your playing is.

It's entirely up to the parents if an under 18 year old child can play an 18 rated game,it's not illegal for them to play one,only buy one.

I swear like a trooper in real life but once on live I know when not to swear
