    Comms ban not working


    recently my friend was in a game of rainbow six siege ranked and after the game a member of the losing team kept messaging him using racial and homophobic slurs, my friend reported all of the bad messages individually, reported him for comms and also spamming
    and yet this guy still isn't banned. what can can he do to get this guy the enforcement he deserves? also I have evidence if needed.

    You aren't always notified that a players has been com banned there have been times where Ive reported players but wasn't notified that action has been taken

    the xbox community is massive so reports can take a little time to be looked into. all reports are looked at and dealt with.

    What s been done is what you should do. Tell your friend to block the player and they will not be able to communicate with them any longer.

    Hi there,

    keep in mind that it may take quite some time before it's looked into, but it will be looked into.

    The only thing that can be done, is what your friend already did which is to report the messages and don't engage, if it continues your friend can also block the person.

    No other things are needed.
