Use common sense please if you have to ask don't bother asking no matter how you hide an offence people will see it whether a year or tomorrow

It gets reported and reviewed youu should think twice about using common sense

Lord if you think we have time to answer the same question multiple times when it has already been answered please use common sense

Its really not that hard

We do have other users to help with. Real problems

Phone, chat, and email support do not actually handle the Rewards program at all so unfortunately any advice you may have gotten from them is not going to be accurate. The only places to receive support for the program is through the forum that CloudStrife
posted a link to, or Twitter.

If you have been told to wait until the 10th May, then there is little else you can do to resolve this issue. These things can take a small amount of time to update, the only other thing you can do is post in

THIS section. The Rewards Team may respond to you there and try to help you out. Ultimately, my advice would be to wait until the 10th and if you still have the same issue, then go ahead and make a thread in the above section.

Yes you can. You just need to "recover" the profile. I only know how to do that on an Xbox 360 unfortunately.
