    can we get a way, when you're in a party with friends you can see what games you all mutually own. I don't know how many times we sat and tried to figure out who owns what so we could all play together.

    You don't have to turn it on daily.

    You have to connect to the internet every 24 hours if you want to play games. (This, I never doubted given that Phil Harrison confirmed it.)

    There is a difference between the two.

    You are not forced to turn the console on every day, you are forced to connect to the internet if you do want to play games everyday. This is what I have a problem with.

    I feel sorry for those who have a weak Internet connection... Hopefully Microsoft will see how this will effect gamers and change this before E3.

    It has to be turned on once every 24h to play games, doesn't need to always if unnecessary.
